CABIN TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment Policy
To secure your booking payment in full is required at the time of booking. If a Cabin is booked for 1 person and we find that 2 persons have stayed in the cabin we reserve the right to charge you for the second person at £50 per person.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
We are unable to offer refunds in the event of cancellations or no-shows within 14 days from the booked date. In the event that we need to cancel your stay, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund all money paid to us by you.
Arrival/Departure Policy
Check-in is any time from 15:30 onwards. Each cabin has a key safe at the front door on the left. We will let you know the combination code prior to arrival 5 days prior to your arrival day.
Please check out before 10.30 on the day of departure.
Smoking
Smoking is NOT permitted in the cabins.
Pets
No pets allowed at anytime anywhere on site except the event clients (the party who have booked the venue) may use cabin 6 for their personal pet dog or cat.
Breakage & Damage
We reserve the right to charge an additional fee should the cabins be left in an unsatisfactory condition or if there is any damage to cabin furnishings. Please ensure you leave the cabin in a satisfactory condition. If you lose or retain the key we reserve the right to charge you a £20 key replacement charge.
Complaints Procedure
We trust that you will have an enjoyable stay. If you do have a problem or a complaint about the site, please let a member of staff know in person, email or phone and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
Site Rules
We reserve the right to refuse access to The Oak Tree Cabins to any client who displays inappropriate behaviour.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The management cannot be held responsible for accidents that may happen whilst staying on site and using the site is done at your own risk.
We ask all our visitors to respect and look after the site and the cabin you are staying in.
Please be considerate to other guests on the site and observe our noise restrictions outside the cabins from 22:00 – 07:00.
The guest booking the cabin is responsible for ensuring that only the people booked in occupy the cabins overnight.
